Must be 18 Years of Age or Older.

Attend Required Program Orientation.

Be clear of felonies, state or federal fraud charges, and/or drug or alcohol related Offenses.

Complete and receive A score of 13 or higher on the Wonderlic SLE Exam. This test is administered at no cost to the student.

We DO NOT accept test scores that were proctored at other institutions.

Prospective Students who do not achieve a score of 13 or higher on their first attempt may retake a different version of the exam.

Students may retake the Wonderlic SLE Exam a total of 4 times in a 3 month period. A different exam will be administered each time and a fee will be assessed for each retake exam.

Evidence of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Signed Attestation of High School Graduation/GED Completion.

Falsely signed attestations or documents will result in denied admissions. If false infomation is discovered after admission has be granted, your admission will be rescinded from Buckhead School of Medicine immediately.

Postsecondary degrees are accepted from educational institutions whose accreditation is recognized by the United States Department of Education.

Pay a registration fee of $, which is valid one year from the date of receipt.

A $25.00 non-refundable application fee.

A fee of $50.00 will be assessed to retake a failed Wonderlic SLE Exam. Prospective students may retake a different version of the exam up to four times.
